F2P MMO Ireland. You will be responsible for all marketing and communication activities regarding the Polish market on leading online games portal. Your tasks will cover a broad spectrum of activities including market research and analysis, strategic and media planning, Adnetworks and Affiliate campaigns, mailing, websites development, viral and social media initiatives. You also will have to liaise with the respective Game Producers and the other Marketing Managers.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in a Marketing and /or Communication related field
- Microsoft Office knowledge essential; must be competent at spreadsheet (i.e. forecasting) management
- Well organized, able to prioritize and accomplish tasks without supervision
- Strong analytical and creative skills
- Excellent understanding of the online creative production and delivery process
- Knowledge and experience of web 2.0 / social media
- Experience of working in the games or new media industries (or similar fast-paced environments) would be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge of the MMORPG and/or Free to Play online games preferable

Our client is a major name in games publishing and now has a fantastic opportunity for a trade marketing manager who will be focussing on the boxed products - high street retail, augmented with an online presence.

The four major areas of the role area:

1 Conceiving and implementing trade marketing strategy. This includes brand strategy, and planning and creating trade marketing budgets. You will accompany national account managers to retail meetings, organise catch up meetings with national sales manager to keep abreast of current retail activities, attend weekly sales meetings and liaise with the national account managers

2 Implement trade marketing activity. You will be involved in:
a) Conceiving and delivering POS material
b) Managing the delivery of specific promotions and campaigns
c) E-commerce activities with, for example, Amazon and Play.com to ensure branding and communications happen online as well.
D) Providing training materials for key accounts
e) acting as a point of contact for Team Playstation and Centresoft

3 Competitor and market research. You should understand retailer strategies and participate in marketing and consumer research activities. You will also develop new approaches to in-store marketing

4 Working on sponsorship activities, PR and events, and liaising with Sales, Finance, and central head office departments. You will also work with external bodies in media, and creative and promotional agencies. You will also explore branding opportunities and flagship dedicated stores.
