They are looking for a Graphics programmer to be in charge of developing and optimising cutting edge game code and as well as middleware on PC and next-gen consoles. He/She will be in charge of designing and implementing efficient and maintainable code in C++ with occasional C, and assembly language. Being an expert in graphics, the applicant will design and implement highly optimised graphic components ranging from scene management to material systems and shaders.
The ideal candidate will have at least one shipped title on current consoles (Xbox 360, Wii, DS PSP or PS3) and know their technical limitations and capabilities. He/She will have solid experience of at least 3 years in graphics programming on consoles and have a strong proficiency with C++. The applicant will also be comfortable using a SCRUM/AGILE methodology for schedule planning and will be open to mentoring team members and supporting the team in fostering and improving the software development process. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, LUA, etc.) and XML are also required.
