Requirements

5-6 years of experience
At least 1 project completed as a lead on XBOX 360-PS3 AAA project
You have the ability to create textures in low and high resolution
Experience with ZBrush and/or Mudbox

You must be able to speak French (essential).

Lead Games Designer

As a Game Designer Team Lead you will be in charge of a team of game designers working on AAA Xbox 360 and PS3 titles. You must be ready to join a team whose sole objective is to be the best in their field!

The Lead Game Designer will develop the game design mechanics, oversee the creation and maintenance of the design documentation and ensure that the concepts created respect the technical limitations. You will be expected to develop and implement procedures and work methods to structure the department and participate in the recruitment of the design team.

The successful candidate will have at least 7 years design experience, with at least 1 shipped product as a Lead. They will have excellent knowledge of video games and be have a high level of leadership. French skills would be a plus but are not necessary.

Lead Level Designer

As a Lead Level Designer you will be responsible for the level design in the studios projects, working in constant collaboration with the artists, the Creative Director, as well as a team of programmers. You will be working on AAA Xbox 360 and PS3 projects. You must be ready to join a team whose sole objective is to be the best in their field!

Applicants must have at least 7 years design experience, with at least 1 shipped product as a Lead. 3 years level design experience is necessary, with strong technical mastery of level design tools. Experience of 3D Studio Max/Maya would be helpful. The successful candidate will have strong management skills as well. French skills would be a plus but are not necessary.

You would be in charge of defining the visual and artistic style of our games. The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience as an art director or lead artist.
As an Art Director, the applicant will be in charge of setting the example, elevate the overall quality of the team and demonstrate a passion to define, lead and execute a unified vision for every project of the studio.

Responsibilities

· Define artistic style of the game
· Communicate and ensure the visual components are consistent and coherent with the artistic vision of the game
· Share your knowledge and experience with the artists and production team
· Keep good communication with Art editorial to ensure overall visual quality of the company is met


Requirements

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the video game development process
· Strong portfolio demonstrating an excellent understanding of both 2D and 3D mediums
· Exceptionally strong management and communication skills
· Proficient in Photoshop,3ds Max 9, and all other graphic-related tools and software
· Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical abilities
· Ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings
· Bilingual (English and French) a plus.
